The project named, beautiful jade in the city, has been investigated by the professors, which was one of the three projects that could changed the city. The foundation of this project would become the splendid sign building in Handan city.

 This art center located at the northeas corner of people’s road and fudong road, which covered a surface of 126 thousand square km and invested 0.9 billion yuan totally. It was built in the form of one court and three museums, which was stadium, museum liberary and city development gallary.

The function of this project has been changed so much. To ensure it to be successful, after this plan has been approved by the professors in qinghua university in Handan, they invested some experenced managers.  After that, pulic meetings were held and nine learned people were inveted to form a committee. The eight cases were investigated. After the two round selection, Beautiful jade and the opening platform were selected successfully.

At the same time, the eight cases were presented in the meusem. Tens of thansands people visited, choze those cases. Beautiful jade won. Revision and further disscussion would be do about the Beautiful jade designed by the Beijing designing school.
