In order to implement the policy of “Great Changes in Three Years”, the goverment of Shijiazhuang are insisting the instruction that the priority be given to demolition, connection between the demolition and construction,emphsizing the planning and showing the lightspot.Based on this measures,the phasic achievements have been obtained,said by the vice-secretary-general Li Wenchang.
The reconstruction of Shijiazhuang are generally conducted in three part.One is for the inner cities,by taking a strongly means to demolish a lot of building which be checked not suitble for people’s living or the hinderer to the beauty of city.Two is for new developed area, the infrastructure is bettering in this area along with the developments of new roads.The last is the landscape garden was larged by the implement of new organization system.
It is pointed out that the city environment of Shijiazhuang will be promoted speedly under the instructions of Secretary of Hebei provincial Party committee,Zhang Yunchuan. Meanwhile, the living condition and the charm of the city also will be added to be a present for the Establishment of 60 Years of the Nation.
