Recently, a rubbing case on the subway was solved by Handan police. A team pricked the tyres during the night, forcing them to stop and robbed the drivers, all of whom had been arested.

Since September 25th,  many cases about robbing had happened on Qinglan Subway in Handan. As teh victims said, a gang of more than 20 boys, they used a special device to prick the tyres to enforce the driving trucks and then robbed them with reamers. Money and the valuable matierals would been  taken away completely. If the drivers struggled during this time, the gang would bit them heavily. So, whenever the truck drivers they drove during the night, they feared it so much.

To diminish this gang and protect the rights of the drivers, the plice in handan acompanying with the officals of the subway, fixed the identification of the criminals after the evidence collecting. Though investigation, the five criminals were arested finally.

After the primary investigation, these five criminals all came from nanyan county in yongnian town. They made use of their self made devices to rob the drivers for 11 times. More than 30 thousand yuan, seven mobil phone had been robbed and three drivers had been beated.
