Nowadays, Beijing construction committee, regulation committee and development and reform committee, these three departments united to announce the notification that strengthens the management of the temperature in the public building around the city. All the air conditioners and devices which balance the temperatures should aim to be comfortable in the public building. Except the hospitals, the special unites and those places who have special requires for the inside temperature, the fixed standard will be above 26 degree in summer and not higher than 20 degree in the winter. From now on, the project of the foundation and rebuilding of the public buildings in Beijing will all meet this request. All the governing units of the public buildings should strengthen the energy consuming control and supervise the inside temperature and train the staff workers to realize the energy saving.

As the notification requested, all the houses should use the temperature control devices. The main functional houses should hang the temperature measuring meter in some significant place. In the quarters of auto adjusting rooms, the devices should wear the temperature controlling devices. The organizations of the performing designing map should be investigated temperatures of supervision and controlling system and raise related suggestions.

The units charging public buildings, working factories and the proprieties, the users and the energy savers should choose the temperature controlling and adjusting air conditional devices, stock and use the qualified equipment according to the requirement of projecting and checking. Every department should strengthen the qualification supervision and checking.
